My Story
I began filming videos at a young age, initially creating small vlogs and news reports using VideoFX. As I progressed through high school, I decided to document my life through video, and during my senior year, I expanded my work by creating content for South Lyon High School Athletics and Clubs. Upon enrolling at Michigan State University in 2021 as an English Education major, I took on a campus job as a Student Videographer and Photographer for MSU REHS LiveOn, the campus housing department, with the goal of enhancing my video and photography skills in a professional setting. In my sophomore year (2022), I realized that video production was a potential career path and shifted my focus to Journalism with an emphasis on Sports Journalism. The following summer, I began working as a Creative Intern for Spartan Vision.
To date, I have produced a variety of videos for both the housing and athletics departments at Michigan State University, while also contributing my skills to numerous clubs, activities, and events on campus. This has allowed me to continue developing my craft outside of a formal work environment and explore my full range of capabilities. I am consistently seeking new opportunities to expand my skill set and elevate the quality of content I am able to create.
